This policy explains what Tidy Tree for Confluence ("the app"), provided by Bobob Apps ("we"), stores and why. The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs inside your Atlassian cloud.
Summary
- The app stores sorting rules, a short run history and the previous page order for undo. It never reads or stores page content.
- Everything is stored in Atlassian's Forge storage in your Atlassian cloud. The app sends no data outside Atlassian and uses no analytics or tracking services.
- We, the developer, cannot read your stored data.
What the app stores
| Data | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Rules: space key and name, parent page ID and title, sort order and options, account ID of who created it | To sort the pages you chose | Forge storage |
| Run history: time, rule, number of pages moved, page titles and reasons for pages that couldn't be moved, account ID of who started a run | So admins can see what happened | Forge storage (latest 300 runs) |
| The order of page IDs before a run | To undo it | Forge storage |
| Settings (whether space admins may use the app) | To apply your choice | Forge storage |
Retention and deletion
Older run history is deleted automatically. Deleting a rule removes it. If you uninstall the app, Atlassian handles the stored data under its Forge data lifecycle.
Data location and transfers
Data is stored and processed by Atlassian under its own terms and the data residency settings of your site. The app makes no external network calls.
Your rights
