Does it change page content or versions?

No. Tidy Tree only changes the position of pages in the tree. Page content is never read or changed, and no new page versions are created.

How are numbers sorted?

Naturally: "Chapter 2" comes before "Chapter 10" and "v1.9" before "v1.10". Letters follow the alphabetical order of each language.

Does it sort folders, whiteboards and databases?

Folders, yes. Other content types keep their place if Confluence doesn't let apps move them; the run history says so.

How many pages can it sort?

Up to 2,000 children under one page, and up to five levels deep.

What if two people change the tree while it's sorting?

Each parent is sorted by one run at a time. After a run the app reads the tree back; if someone changed it in the meantime, the next run finishes the job.

Can I go back?

Yes, Undo last sort restores the order from before the last run.

What happens if the subscription ends?

Keep-sorted stops and no new runs start until it's renewed. Pages stay where they are.
