Dashboard Notices for Jira

Jira dashboards are where teams start their day. Dashboard Notices puts the things everyone must know right there: a release going out tonight, a planned outage, new holiday hours, a welcome note for new joiners.

What you get

• Rich notices: headings, lists, tables, code, links and up to 3 images, uploaded straight into the app (no public image hosting needed).
• Earlier versions: every save keeps the version before, so a wrong edit is one click away from undone.
• Ready-made templates: release, maintenance, outage, resolved, holiday hours, welcome.
• Maintenance windows and countdowns shown in each viewer's own time zone and language ("in 3 hours", "Sat 10:00–12:00 GMT+9").
• Channels: one admin-managed list of topics (IT, HR, Releases…). Each widget follows the channels that matter on that dashboard.
• Audience by Jira group: a notice for the engineering group only, or for everyone.
• Schedules: start and end times, repeating notices, and closable notices that come back after a number of days.
• Notice editors: Jira admins choose which groups may post notices, without giving them admin rights.
• Insights: how many people saw and closed each notice.
• Check setup tells you in plain words if anything needs fixing.

Runs on Atlassian

The app is built on Atlassian Forge. Everything is stored in your Atlassian cloud, nothing is sent anywhere else, and there are no servers of ours.
