End user license agreement

This agreement is between Bobob Apps ("we") and the organization that installs Portal Request Details for Jira Service Management ("the app") from the Atlassian Marketplace ("you"). By installing or using the app you agree to it. Your use of Atlassian products is governed separately by Atlassian's terms, and Marketplace purchases by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app with your Atlassian cloud site for the term of your subscription (or free tier), for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or use the app to break the law or Atlassian's policies.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to content and settings you create. You are responsible for it. We do not access it; it is stored in your Atlassian cloud (see the Privacy policy).

4. Fees

Paid tiers are billed by Atlassian through the Marketplace at the prices shown there. Refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace refund policy.

5. Support and changes

We provide support by email as described on the Support page. We may update the app to fix problems, keep up with Atlassian platform changes, or add features.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end this license if you materially breach it. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
