This policy explains what Portal Request Details for Jira Service Management ("the app"), provided by Bobob Apps ("we"), stores and why. The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs inside your Atlassian cloud.
Summary
- The app stores only its setup. It stores nothing about requests or customers.
- Everything is stored in Atlassian's Forge storage in your Atlassian cloud. The app sends no data outside Atlassian and uses no analytics or tracking services.
- We, the developer, cannot read your stored data.
What the app stores
| Data | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Setup per portal and the default: items, field IDs, labels, request type and organization IDs, notes | To show what you chose | Forge storage |
| Account ID of who last changed a setup, with the time | To show who changed it | Forge storage |
| Settings (whether project admins may set up their portal) | To apply your choice | Forge storage |
When a customer opens a request, the app reads, but does not store: whether the customer may open it, the fields you chose, SLAs, status history, linked issues and the customer's organizations (only when an item is limited to organizations). Organizations are never sent to the customer's browser.
Retention and deletion
Setups are kept until you remove them. If you uninstall the app, Atlassian handles the stored data under its Forge data lifecycle.
Data location and transfers
Data is stored and processed by Atlassian under its own terms and the data residency settings of your site. The app makes no external network calls.
Your rights
To ask about data the app stores for your site, contact your Jira admin, or email us at support@bobob.app.
Changes
We will update this page if the app starts storing anything new, and change the date above.
